(teamgrumman@aol.com) ________________________________ Message 1 _____________________________________ Time: 12:38:11 PM PST US Subject: Corvette-List: anyone on this list? From: teamgrumman@aol.com I sent out a question regarding changing the suspension on a 70 corvette. No responses. Now, that means that (1) I'm the only one on this list, which means I'll get off it; (2) no one knows of such an upgrade, so no one cared to answer; (3) the upgrade is common knowledge and I shouldn't have asked it; (4) it's propriotary information and not available to the general public, so, no one responded; (5) the list is for purists only and anyone modifying a corvette from stock is automatically shuned. ________________________________________________________________________ across the web, free AOL Mail and more. ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 01:02:02 PM PST US From: "Doug Dodson" Subject: RE: Corvette-List: anyone on this list? I don't think there's much activity, from what I've seen. Been on it for a couple of years now, and can count the number of posts on both hands. I have an '01, so I can't offer much help for you. However, I have a friend who's doing a frame-off restoration of a '72, as I recall. If you want me to forward to him your question, I'd be happy to. That's about all I can offer. You can e-mail me off-list. Good luck. -- Don N8RV@gte.net ----- Original Message ----- From: Sent: Friday, January 05, 2007 3:37 PM Subject: Corvette-List: anyone on this list? > > I sent out a question regarding changing the suspension on a 70 corvette. > No responses. > > Now, that means that (1) I'm the only one on this list, which means I'll > get off it; (2) no one knows of such an upgrade, so no one cared to > answer; (3) the upgrade is common knowledge and I shouldn't have asked it; > (4) it's propriotary information and not available to the general public, > so, no one responded; (5) the list is for purists only and anyone > modifying a corvette from stock is automatically shuned. > ________________________________________________________________________ > across the web, free AOL Mail and more. > > > ________________________________ Message 4 _____________________________________ Time: 09:42:54 PM PST US Subject: Re: Corvette-List: anyone on this list? From: teamgrumman@aol.com Thanks, that would be great. I've got a 70 and was thinking about the possiblity of updating the suspension to C5 or C6.
