A complete ground up restoration will cost you in the area of $50,000 if you
dont have to replace things, like the prop, fuel tanks, or engine..
It would probably sell for $70 to $80.000 if the job is great with good or
new radios and instruments and a fresh major on the engine..
So subtract 50 from 80 and try to buy it for half of that.. Then you will
have 15,000
as a buffer to negotiate with.. Good luck... Larry
