The accessories needed to install the engine had to be put in before several other major components on my particular Europa and I timed it badly - so that I am delayed unless I opt for a Rotax to speed up the build. I am convinced however that the diesel has all those qualities that I explained before, - no spark plugs, ignition noise, carb heat/adjustment, nor unburnt fuel we are used to, and a host of other advantages. I will miss the bigger, slower prop and ground clearance, the lack of CO, the cheaper fuel cost and the basic simplicity it promised. For that reason I must relinquish my reserve of engine number 33 and invite anyone interested to pick up the position.
