      Scott,

Some initial info could include (adding to Ed's comments):
      - vertical trust line offset: 0 Van's cowling; if it's designed for the Power
Sport RD, -2.25" (this is a guess); Real World Solutions 0 offset
      - Material
      - Designed for ____ radiator(s), located _____
      - Designed for ____ oil cooler size, located _____
      - Induction and cooling inlets located _____

        Hi John & list
Sorry I didn't give all the details on the cowl. I will be using a
Powersport gear box and design--not their cowl. If you might be interested
contact me off list. I wanted to be brief not intended to be a subject of
      discussion.

Yes it does -- thanks Ed. The flow balance problems you mention remind me
of the Cessna 150/152 fuel flow setup where both tanks supposedly drain by
gravity 'equally' -- I've seen one tank go down to almost the last quarter
before the other showed signs of flowing.
