It is about 1 and one half inches thick and about 10 inches in diameter. (I am not at the hanger and thus my measurements are a guess) Is there anyone with knowledge concerning this item? The person I bought the engine from knows only that he bought it about 10 years ago from an article in a magazine. Thanks for your help, whomever that might be. As the name implies, it's supposed to dampen the resonance from the prop. If used on a plane like an RV you would also benefit from the extra weight in the nose due to the C of G of those planes. At least one back issue of the RVator has a blurb on this device and had favorable comments on it. This device is made by Mark Landoll and retails for $375. I think I will try it if my weight and balance is aft. Any other users have comments especially with and without the use of same. They are made and sold by Mark Landoll of 1205 Redbird lane, Newcastle, OK 73065......405-392-3847...I'm sure Mark would give you all the info you request.
