The Bonanza people are saying 29# is better for cool full throttle.

Sure the ignition timing isn't retarded? That would explain the high EGT's
better than a lean mixture. At idle is there an rpm rise when leaning,
indicating a correctly rich mixture. Does this go away just off idle?
