Anybody know what I need to do to convert an IO520 set up for a constant
speed prop to a fixed pitch prop?
I looked at TCM's website, its useless.

Why on earth would you want to? What kind of plane are you putting the
engine in?
I doubt if it has ever been done!

Light weight propellers can bring harmonics in the accessory case gears into
the normal operating range.
I suggest you talk to the engine manufacturer's engineering department to see
if there might be a problem with your particular engine.
