Subject: Engines-List: Proper bolt torque

I need input from the list on the proper torque for my prop  bolts. Here are 
the facts.

-Luscombe T8F 
-Lycoming 0290D W/  flanged crank
-Metal prop   
-3/8's bolts that screw into flange without nuts

I know some of you guru's out there will know this so give me  your input.
