100LL is like gold to he crews that like to burn up the back roads with
their 70's vintage hemis! Catalytic converters have been removed form
almost all cars around here that are out of warranty The open the ends
      and
crush out the old honeycomb and re install the empty can... Don't try
      this
in your jurisdiction until you know there aren't any AP laws or there
      is no
one with the authority to check your converter.

Interesting discussions. Could I ask the reverse question: 100LL Vs.
MoGas? Would there be any ramifications except damaging an oxygen
      sensor?

You best be really sure, because it is a 10K fine if caught. Also, if
vehicle is newer than 1981 probably uses oxygen sensor that will be
ruined by lead, which puts vehicle in full rich mode permanently.
