Greetings listers, I'm looking for info on the MS MA-3 carbs. As I understand it, the MA-3-SPA carb has a larger throat than the other MA-3-xx carbs. Can anyone point me to info or tell me what the 2 diameters measure. Thanks in advance Raymond Julian Kettle River, MN "Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst." do not archive

Raymond.............In your search engine, type-in "aircraft lycoming engine carburetor ms-ma-3-spa" and when the selections section comes up, click #3, "Precision Airmotive" (pdf). This will come up with the complete handbook...Scroll down...There is a wealth of info, with diagrams and etc...Somewhere the answer to your question surely should be in there...Good luck.................................CHEERS!!!!.......................... ...........Gene Smith. ----- Original Message ----- From: raymondj To: engines-list@matronics.com Sent: Sunday, October 28, 2007 10:53 PM Subject: Engines-List: carb. throat sizes Greetings listers, I'm looking for info on the MS MA-3 carbs.
