Now I hope you guys don't mind a stupid question, I'm about to reinforce the baggage bay ready to fit the u/c, now the "good book says lay up 2 +/-45 plies of bid over the entire area" now not being the greatest when it comes to laying up, I wonder can one do it in sections or does it have to be in one piece?. I would normally ask "our Nev" but he's on holiday until the 5th Jan. Thanks in anticipation. Cheers Danny shepherd xs tri g-ceri (541) wings 95%,cm installed, torque tube inst, engine mount/rudder pedals inst, finger brakes inst. ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 02:38:28 AM PST US From: "Ami McFadyean" Subject: Re: Europa-List: Inventions --> Europa-List message posted by: "Ami McFadyean" <<, how do you "discover" a continent that already had 20 million people living on it?>> By being responsible for writing its history! It was much easier that way and worked very well. Jeff Tri A258 Mounting the engine this weekend. I hope. ________________________________ Message 4 _____________________________________ Time: 09:47:13 AM PST US From: Alex Kaarsberg Subject: Re: Europa-List: baggage bay --> Europa-List message posted by: Alex Kaarsberg >baggage bay ready to fit the u/c, now the "good book says lay up 2 +/-45 >plies of bid over the entire area" now not being the greatest when it comes >to laying up, I wonder can one do it in sections or does it have to be in >one piece?. > Danny, If you want to do it in sections, you should let them overlap so as not to lose out on structural strength. Inot sure how much but would guess at an inch, that way the sections grab hold on each other. The drawback of doing this can be in the need for more filler in the area if it is external and then theres the added few nosehairsweight too :-) Alex #529 ________________________________ Message 5 _____________________________________ Time: 09:52:08 AM PST US From: Alex Kaarsberg Subject: Re: Europa-List: Inventions --> Europa-List message posted by: Alex Kaarsberg ><<, how >do you "discover" a continent that already had 20 million people living on >it?>> > > >By being responsible for writing its history! > > Wiping out all existing history and banning languages and cultures being part of the initial process..... :-( >Do not archive > > Alex ________________________________ Message 6 _____________________________________ Time: 10:21:30 AM PST US From: Guil Barros Subject: Re: Europa-List: Inventions --> Europa-List message posted by: Guil Barros You see Alex, part of the indocrination process is writing the history books so that the "citizens" know nothing of their _actual_ history :) Pick up a high-school history book in one country, then look at the same book published in a different one... the picture painted is very different. The _conquest_ of the americas is a common problem-topic, there are lots of texts out there that explain what actually took place, one just has to look for them outside of the public school system of the victor... :) Usually grad-level texts are much better, but by their very nature, not exactly popular reading material :) -guil P.S. sou brasileiro tambem :) Quoting Alex Kaarsberg : > --> Europa-List message posted by: Alex Kaarsberg > > > ><<, how > >do you "discover" a continent that already had 20 million people living on > >it?>> > > > > > > >By being responsible for writing its history! > > > > > > Wiping out all existing history and banning languages and cultures being > part of the initial process..... :-( > > >Do not archive > > > > > Alex > > ________________________________ Message 7 _____________________________________ Time: 10:22:10 AM PST US From: Guil Barros Subject: Re: Europa-List: Inventions --> Europa-List message posted by: Guil Barros You see Alex, part of the indocrination process is writing the history books so that the "citizens" know nothing of their _actual_ history :) Pick up a high-school history book in one country, then look at the same book published in a different one... the picture painted is very different.
