Cliff,
Yes the forum is working, and now that I have your attention..... I recall
that you had a pad welded on the side of your water manifold. Can you tell
me the if it was TIG welded or Brazed and the type and thickness of aluminum
did you use as the pad.

It is good to hear for you. Yes, I did put a little pad on the side of the
water reservoir, aft port side. I made it from 6061 alum. and taped a 1/8"
pipe thread in it so the thermometer sensor would thread into it. I had a
welding shop weld it on . The alum reservoir is very thin so I felt I needed
an expert do the job. It looks like ark welding so it would have to be TIG
. I really don't know. It works!
