Congratulations Martin, good news. Rest assured there will be no
celebrations at this end if that happens to us. Our youngest is 27.

Have folk painted the wing root ribs and spar or not? If not what about
IV protection for these areas while on trailers etc. Grateful to know
what others have done

In the past week, 2 people, 1 of which was our DAR after looking at the now
bonded in torque tube bushings asked why we are using bushings instead of ball
bearings?
Has anyone installed ball bearings on the torque tube?
Has anyone ever had the bushings wear and need replacement?

Paul - so, how do you know you were flying at the same speed on all
legs? Same throttle setting (wide open) and trim will only give the
same speed once stabilised at the same rate-of-climb (0, we hope).
Most of these TAS-from-GPS aids spring from the desire to determine
whether the IAS is suffering from errors of varous sorts, in
particular, installation-specific ones like position error.
I'm sure you'll enjoy repeating the lab work!

Rob - my apologies! I engaged finger before selecting brain - Paul
had clearly shown a "C" by his temperature value anyway.
