      Hi All,
Does anyone else occasionally get only part of the daily digest? Only 4 of
the 7 messages came thru for Friday's goodie bag, and this is not the first
time. Wondering if it was just me.

My method is to record test transmissions at home, using my scanner
and voice-activated, digital recorder toy. In addition to mix/sub as
Nigel suggested, try alternator on/off, low/high RPM, etc. hoping for
      a diagnostic epiphany back home.

Curious to hear your ATC complains over mere noise. Here, that's poor
form for ATC people, who now make up to about $80,000 plus a
wealth-builder of a retirement arrangement. For that kind of dough,
we should simply be either readable or not!

      Hi Duncan,
I have been assured that any Club member can hire the Club balancer for self
use (like any of the other Club tool) provided the member can justify that
he / she is sufficiently competent to use it. I am sure you would qualify,
Duncan. If one follows the instructions carefully, it is very easy to use
and it does a great job.
      Best wishes,
      William
