      And support to the factory:
Do we know that the factory sells the Dynon stuff, for about the same price you
can get it from any dealer? Do we know that Andy will gladly have you a panel
insert made, with ready holes for the dynon and other stuff you want? That's
what i would call support both ways,

      Regards,

I also have an Arplast spinner fitted to an XS cowl and can confirm that it is
one that was designed for the Pulsar. It is much smaller than the factory spinner
and doesn't have the wobble problem. I think that the profile appearance of
      the aircraft is much improved.

I have an Arplast spinner fitted on my 914 Europa with XS cowl and PV50
prop. From memory Iwas told by Jerry at Lyndhurst that the spinner was as
used on the Pulsar. It matches up with the cowl fine.Just checked my
original invoice but no part number listed.

I promised to pay 35 pounds per year to EMIL for the maintenance of

I consider an average extra yearly cost of this amount as a result of
      buying from Europa(2004) perfectly reasonable.

Ron P inquires about Nyloflow (white stuff) for brake line.

The proper stuff for moderate pressure hydraulics is Nyloseal which is
      black.
Nyloseal uses different connectors. Imperial Eastman is the OEM and their
      web site is
pathetic. You really need to find miscellaneous web sites to find all the
      connectors.

I am in need of help with an NSI EA81 engine following the upheaval of NSI. The
new company no longer supports these engines and my aircraft is due to be completed
fairly soon. Problem is I have no Vacuum pump drive and the company cannot
supply. Has anyone got a pump drive or knows of one anywhere that I could
buy? A used one would be fine and I have a new housing so even one with a damaged
housing would be useful, or just a serviceable shaft and gear. I could
also use a spare isolator unit for the ignition. Any information would be gratefully
      received.

      Dave,
I can't help you with this one.

In passing, Richard Mole was looking for a discarded monowheel outrigger
      (nylon 'stalk', wheel and carrier).

Have you got any lying around from TD/Tri gear conversions?

      Best Regards,

      Dan,
I couldn't stand the risk of that lock being moved and the gear coming
up. So, for on the ground operations I put a 1/4" dia x 2 1/4" pip pin
in front of the gear lever, across the tunnel/slot, which prevents the
gear being moved, period, no oops, nada. Old habits from the Navy and
      jets... die hard.
