Cheers,
I am planning the "fuel pump board" for the rear baggage area
and it will be about 13-1/2"x9-1/2" and vertical. When I received my FWF
kit, it appeasr the company was in its agony throes and I didn't notice some
lacking parts, among which were the NRV (check valves) which are spec'd in
parallel with now-series pumps. Roger is very kindly sending these, but in
the interim, I want to plan the layout.
If your magic carpet is nearby, and you think of it, I would
very much appreciate a measurement of the overall length of your
Europa-issue check valves and/or the approximate length of the 'body' OAL
minus nipples. I presume the nipples to be 3/4" or 19mm each for 8mm
tubing.
Thank you in advance,
Ferg

measurements are 72.80mm overall including nipples, Body only is 41.40mm,
the nipples are 8.20mm O/D, Diameter for the main body are 27.40mm

The Andair check valves are 44.5mm between the ends of the pipe (when pushed
fully home)
I will send you direct a picture of the layout I used for Terry Clark G-IRON
if this helps

I have now completed the design and testing of the new version fuel
gauge which can now operate either as a standalone fuel gauge and
display or as an input into the Dynon EMS system.
Construction details can be found at
http://www.kaon.co.nz/europa/fuelgaugev5.pdf
For those who have been patiently waiting for their chips since
Crhistmas I'll be posting them out today. Apologies for the delay but I
really wanted to get this new code finished and tested before sending
them out.
Regards
Tony
