I too get 400 or more drop on both mags and have for 450 hours. If everything else seems to run fine, then fergitaboutit. You might even find it a lot familiar... Here are 2 new aircraft types that Van's has on the drawing board. RV-11 It's a motorglider with a Rotax http://www.vansaircraft.com/public/rv-11int.htm RV-12 It's a 2 place aircraft with removable wings and a trailer and has a 912S Rotax http://www.vansaircraft.com/public/rv-12int.htm Now does any of this sound familiar?????? I think we are a little ahead of the game. Should account for a lot more Europa Sales Steve Crimm N42AH A058 ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 06:35:18 PM PST US From: Horizonspace@aol.com Subject: Re: Europa-List: mag drop --> Europa-List message posted by: Horizonspace@aol.com Excessive drop on both mags suggests air/fuel mixture problem. Changing the needle valve position from 2 to 3 worked for us. Are you getting hesitation and detonation in the mid-range?
