I have not found any problems with Europa 2004, in fact quite the contrary.
I have had a few problems recently which needed various spare parts to
resolve and have found that the service received has alaways been very prompt
and
puntual.
I always deal by telephone, which is answered courtously and am about to do
so again today.
The last very small parts that I ordered were delived with compliments and
no charge!

How did you place your orders and ask your questions? I believe E'04
has not been to good at picking up the e-mails. As Patrick has said
they are very responsive via telephone.

Bob,
I had problems getting my calls to go through, over the past few days.
Not a Euproa thing, but apparantly communications problems between our
respective countries. I sent John Wheeler an email, asking him to call,
when he could. Two days later I got the call, made my order and chatted
with John for a few minutes. It appears that they have been very busy,
of late, what with Andy leaving and getting the new engineer up and
going. I have had problems reaching them, in the past, via email, but
faxes seem to get a prompt response. Try a different mode of
communication...

Hallo Klaus,
danke f=FCr die Info. Insbesondere die Webseite des Herstellers ! Damit
weisst Du mehr, als die Leute bei Europa.
Ein builder aus Kanada hat mir seinen ungebrauchten (weil 912S) K=FChler
angeboten und den werde ich erst Mal einbauen und sehen, ob die K=FChlung
f=FCr die neuen Anbauten (Turbo-Normalisierung) gen=FCgt.
Alles Gute !

Hi Alan,
Life's a bitch! My wife has told me I have got to flying on Sunday. I am
not sure about this, but DOTHing on Sunday at mid day seems to be my
only choice. I hope that "food" includes bacon butties.
I may see someone I know there. Even Mr Harrison's machine could get
that far.

Europaphiles,
I have received a reply from Roger. Necessary parts have been sent.
The less pressing orders are awaiting some backorder bits so they can
all be shipped at one time. No technical help at all, but then with
Andy gone, I guess that's to be expected for a while.
I will try to send my technical questions on to Nev. He's such a
good chap about helping. I hope that one day I can have the
opportunity to buy him a nice dinner at the establishment of his
choice as an expression of my gratitude.
Good building and great flying,
Bob Borger

I thought my first set wore down quite fast. I had lots of black dust
around the front of the engine. I installed a replacement from
Airmaster last year. Now there is no dust and the brushes are as good as
new. I think there is a change in the brushes. I would suggest you sent
them an Email and get your new brush set from them. That is what I did.

Ask Martin to send the brushes by Air Mail. You'll get them in around a
week and the actual cost of posting them is around USD3 from NZ to the
US.
