Hi All,
Could someone let me know the special type of grease for damping the
nose-wheel to prevent shimmy. Have accidentally erased the e-mails on
the subject. Off list if you like cjh.richardson@virgin.net
Many thanks
John.

It's from Nye Lubricant. I got the sample kit for $60 but only used the
Ultra Heavy PG-44A. Havent had a shimmy since and steers on the ground much
better than without.

<<1) SB-912-030 - with the Europa airbox supported off the engine mount this

Not really. My reading of that SB is that it only applies if you have
Rotax's airbox fitted.
There has been at least one case of failed carb sockets with the EAL airbox
fitted.
See:
http://www.matronics.com/searching/getmsg_script.cgi?INDEX=49697825?KEYS=_socket?LISTNAME=Europa?HITNUMBER=23?SERIAL=14163525161?SHOWBUTTONS=YES
However, this doesn't necessarily mean that it does not happen with the
Rotax airbox as well!
