Hi, Whereabouts in England is your aircraft? We are about to start on the mods (mod 52, 73 & 74) if you are interested in a demonstration - we built the A/C originally. Could assist in yours if you are close enough. Note if you didnt do the weight increase mod originally (Mod52) it is highly reccommended you incorporate it now as most of the work in Mod 74 is part of the original weight increase mod. We are located in Bicester (near Oxford). Let me know. If you drop me an email at carl@flyers.freeserve.co.uk I will let you have our details. Hello everybody, Nearly a year ago I looked with some interest to the promising articles about propeller optimisation. Is there a breakthrough or was it a dream? Airmaster meanwhile should have worked on a Sensenich two-bladed propeller for Oshkosh. Is there someone knowing more about progress in that matter? See article www.batterson.net/EAA499/Issue77_8-13.pdf which makes some interesting points about propeller design. The referenced article is worth a read if you're interested in this topic. Pictures of an Ellipse prop on a Lancair are astonishing...at least they were to me. Intrigued, I emailed Paul Lipps, excerpt as follows: To: elippse@sbcglobal.net Subject: a prop for the Europa

Hi Troy I also have a larger tire and had the same problem. I added a piece of steel to extend the hinge of the ramp aft so then the existing ramp would hold the arms. Fairly easy to do. I can take photos if you need. Tom, Yes, a picture or two here would be great. Maybe of the hinge area and the LG frame contact area if your plane is on the trailer now. Thanks. Troy Visit - www.EuropaOwners.org
