Hello folks! Passing this on from the people at Europa.

Europa Aircraft Marketing team need you!
After the exciting developments in September with news that Europa Aircraft was
party to a friendly takeover by Swift Technology Group, things are on the up!
It's a really exciting time for Europa, and the UK aviation industry as a whole
and everyone on board is really looking forward to what the future will bring.
As promised, there is significant investment in the marketing of the company, staring
with a new web site which will be live next week together news will be
posted when this is available - and new collateral, advertising, road shows,
PR and so on in 2009.
As part of the Marketing strategy, we aim to portray the 'Europa Community' that
exists around the World - it's already out there with the Europa Club, personal
web sites and editorials, however, our aim is to bring this together and allow
everyone in the aviation industry to see just how impressive this is.
The first thing is to create a community area on the new web site, with a small
write up about Europa builders and pilots together with links to personal builders
web sites and blogs Worldwide.
We would also like to create case studies, both text and video based, source quotes
from our builder base and get real life reviews about both the build and
flight experience. We are also hoping to create an impressive photo gallery, and
have found that some of the best photos are those personal to each builder.
Rebecca Haines who heads up Marketing for Europa has already been contacting some
of you with personal sites found on internet search engines or through word
of mouth, but were sure lots more of you would be happy to be part of the Europa
aircraft story for marketing and publicity purposes.
If you would be interested in becoming part of this community, and would like to
have a chat further about it, please send an e-mail to Rebecca at rebecca.haines@swiftaircraft.com.
Of course we would never use any material you provide without your permission and
will keep any information you provide in the strictest confidence until sign
off.
We would love to hear from you - no two build stories are the same, and it really
is a great insight into the whole Europa experience.
Many thanks in advance for your assistance.

Would be nice if prices for Avionics dropped as much as consumer
electronics have.
A local retailer: Leevalley.com, who specialize in good quality
woodworking and gardening tools,
has a small digital scale in their catalogue for $16.95 Ca, about $14
US at current conversion level.
0-500 grams with a Tare setting, also reads in ounces and pennyweights.
A big improvement on the $200 plus that my Acculab scale cost a few
years back.
