The answer always came out: Go to model aircraft shop and buy a length of each brass tubing from 1/16"ODS to 1/8"OD. Use the appropriate length and ID to accommodate whichever combo you need. I crimp and solder each one for security and cover with proper heatshrink. The only precaution is to select the site such that the increased stiffness doesn't interfere with routing.
