Bob
I've run into this in several different cases. The answer always
came out:
Go to model aircraft shop and buy a length of each brass tubing from
1/16"ODS to 1/8"OD. Use the appropriate length and ID to accommodate
whichever combo you need. I crimp and solder each one for security and cover
with proper heatshrink. The only precaution is to select the site such that
the increased stiffness doesn't interfere with routing.
