If anyone has a broken outrigger leg, may be nice to know if we can fix brittleness
that caused it to break (if dry climate was culprit).
First put in a vise and load it and measure flexability, then boil it for 5 or
so minutes, let cool and try again.
Then test every few months to see how long it takes to get brittle again.
In dry areas may just need to boil at every conditional?
If you prefer send it to me and I will fool with.
