Jim didn't say it but I'm sure his is a Mono rather than a conventional taildragger. He also has the 6cyl Jabiru engine. This necessitates a longer cowl which in my opinion, enhances the lines of the Europa. Spent some time looking for the electronic bits for the fuel gauges - and surprise, surprise, they were at last where they should have been! I just didn't recognise them again when I first saw them, and then looked everywhere else! Will try and put the financials so far into order. The potential builder was not wanting to start with alacrity, but has had more time to think so I had better contact him again v. soon. Do you still need cowling photos,my europa classic is the one that Andy Sylvester used for the original molds, seem to work fine in the cooler climate of the Alberta Rockies, and the longer nose looks better than the original. Dear Europa Listers, I am looking for any detailed pictures of anyone out in Europaland who has sucessfully integrated a Jabiru 3300 into an original Europa/Rotax cowling. From my current research it look as if a Europa/JAbiru cowling is not available in the US. Bud Yerly of Custom Flight Creations has responded that they have done such a modification, however, it's going to take him some time to find the photos. Thank you for your time and consideration. I must confess that my prime view was of the Funk B and it's Rotec 2800 engine. I'm considering upgrading the A75 on my Corben to the Rotec. Always nice to get a Europa update from Australia.
