I have one (for 1997) which has no mention of three wheels, so he's right. Cheers, ferg PS: It ain't PDF'd. ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 03:54:45 AM PST US From: "Roger Mills" Subject: Was Re: Europa-List: oil pressure switch for engine hour meter - Now Fuel Pressure Switch Mike Gamble wrote: Roger, did you fit this pressure switch? If so please let me have part number and method of attachment to fuel line. Thanks Mike Gamble XS 440 912S Mike - it was a Bosch Fuel Pressure Switch - Part Number 0 344 101 055 which cost around =A37-8 + shipping several years ago. At the time Mike Parkin kindly arranged for a batch to be purchased from Germany so we could share the shipping costs. Installation is easy: You need to purchase a barbed adaptor suitable for the fuel line I.D. feeding the carburettors (I bought a plated brass one from my local pneumatic equipment supplier) which allows you to connect it into the fuel line, at or near the return tee, via an additional tee piece. You then need to fabricate a suitable bracket to attach it to the firewall. There may be more elegant ways to make the connection but this works well in my installation. Hope this helps Roger Mills ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Other Matronics Email List Services ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Post A New Message europa-list@matronics.com UN/SUBSCRIBE http://www.matronics.com/subscription List FAQ http://www.matronics.com/FAQ/Europa-List.htm Web Forum Interface To Lists http://forums.matronics.com Matronics List Wiki http://wiki.matronics.com Full Archive Search Engine http://www.matronics.com/search 7-Day List Browse http://www.matronics.com/browse/europa-list Browse Digests http://www.matronics.com/digest/europa-list Browse Other Lists http://www.matronics.com/browse Live Online Chat! http://www.matronics.com/chat Archive Downloading http://www.matronics.com/archives Photo Share http://www.matronics.com/photoshare Other Email Lists http://www.matronics.com/emaillists Contributions http://www.matronics.com/contribution ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These Email List Services are sponsored solely by Matronics and through the generous Contributions of its members.
