I was also able to find an exquisite double slip merge collector from Burns Stainless, again in .035" wall, 321 SS. The page it is on seems to be from the training manual that Rotax hand out on their engine course. And since starting from cold has always been a little bit of a problem for me=2C I'll try setting the .5 gap.
