Bob I had exactly the same situation. Luckily the structural work was finished with Ampreg 20 but for some of the finishing I used Ampreg 21. I found the same issues as yourself. The only way to improve things that I found was to wet sand or post cure the component before sanding. I only had a small amount left to do but if I was to do this again I would try another resin. It needs checking but I believe for the filling operations you can use whatever resin you like. Regards David Steade

Hi Just a bit more information. The land line number for Matt Leach starting 01872*** now belongs to someone else and they would appreciate no further calls. Regards David Steade

David, my friend. I will always remember him strolling with us at the beach on Elba, and bying some souvenirs for those who stayed home. His determination to overfly Venice for photografical purposes gave me the opertunity to be pictured in an exeptionel position with my europa F-PKRL. We were about the same age but he was always so cordial and friendly that I looked up to a magnificent man and great pilot. My sincere condolences go to Richard and family and to the Europa community.
