I have posted a video on you tube of my aircraft, I was trying out a new
on board video system, please bear in mind it was done at 8.15PM at
night and was in poor visibility, also quite gusty! and of course
quality is reduced in the upload to YouTube. There are other Europa and
flying vids on my channel "Stranfaer" bit boring but I like them ;-)
If anyone would like one of these video systems I have the last 3 for
sale, please email me off list for details.

Hi David;
great video. And absolutely the most beautiful airstrip I have ever
seen. Must be privat (yours?). So good colour contrast and what a safety
boundary those turnip rape flowers are!

Ain't our strip (Abbots Bromley) beautiful, been here for 3 and a half
years now and I believe we have 5 Europas there at the last count.
For those of you who have never visited, we are alongside Blithfield
Reservoir between Rugeley and Uttoxeter.

Nice trial...thanks...for a moment, I thought the crop circle forces
had had a go at your field.
Could you describe your video "system" a bit? Does it include
provision for mounting camera at various positions on the exterior of
the plane? Is it wireless?...etc.

Hello,
I have an intermittent ignition failure on both channels A and B.
After many hours of investigation I am now suspecting the wiring to
and from the ignition modules. My question is to those who have
experienced ignition failure caused by broken wires in the ignition
system. Which wire was broken and where?

Remi I had one cable fail right under the metal clamp due to vibration. That
is a bad design because the cable can vibrate free for about 8 cm and then
is hold very tight with that clamp.
I replaced that part of the cable with teflon coated and applied a few more
fasteners to prevent strong vibrations. Also, I de-vibrated the prop which
was a major step forward !
Also check other sources such as the health of the ignition modules and the
hall sensors on the back of the engine.
