This is evidenced by the gap between the wheel and fuselage underside compared to the same in the footage both just after takeoff and when taxiing. I suspect it is probably a standard industrial component that can be sourced elsewhere at a reasonable price. The question is where. Does anyone have the filler spout / cap dimension - might be worth looking on ebay. I'll be putting the box as close to the rectifier as possible, and use the existing 22 AWG strobe wiring from the previous installation for connection to the strobe in the tail. There will be no point to running the AC strobe continuously, but mainly flying in the circuit, approach, on the apron, etc. Lets see what happens. Please visit and list your aircraft for the world to see. It's free and only takes a minute. Our listings include text, photos, videos & a link to your website. A huge benefit of our site is the ability for site browsers to search our site for specific aircraft...(for example... all homebuilts with Jabiru engines.) The website just became live a few weeks ago. We would greatly appreciate any word of mouth advertising you can pass on to other homebuilders. Thank you very much for your time.
