Rowland,
Had to go back and look it up. Found the picture:
http://www.europaowners.org/main.php?g2_itemId=61995
I had to ream the holes to 16mm to get the proper fit.

I have just profiled the LG02A shock absorber pin support and am about to re-install
it on the LG02 swinging arm, but first I thought I'd better install the
LG02B bungee cord attachment bar. However, I find that LG02B (which is actually
a length of steel tube) does not readily fit into the hole already made in LG02A.
Before I start to use my initiative on enlarging the hole slightly, does
anyone have any observations on this? Should it fit nicely as supplied? Is it
supposed to be a drive-in (interference) fit?

Hi Guys
Every blue moon I like to buy an oil painting, I gave one of the recognised aviation
artists (Tom Marchant) a try, many years ago and was very pleased with
the results. Not sure if Tom Marchant is of this world now. Equally, a few months
ago, I came across a small card in my local coffee shop advertising technical/pet
portraits etc. I contacted the lady.
The result exceeded my expectation. http://www.visionfinearts.co.uk/page6.htm
Not expensive and no like, no buy.
My memory of a perfect summer in Scotland (one of hottest on record, dead lucky);
over flying the beach and then landing at Barra was beautifully recreated.

Bob
