Hi Bob, There's a possibility of a fly-out of 5 aircraft including my europa, a couple of jabirus, beagle pup. Weather will be the determining factor, it's quite a while to be stuck on the ground without the opportunity to depart before 16:15. Fingers crossed! It will be good to meet some other europa owners, are you expecting many? -C From: Bob Harrison <ptag.dev@talktalk.net> Subject: Europa-List: For UK and European Europa Flyers ....................Wickenby Wings and Wheels Airshow and Fly In 2012. just for reference, (I could find it anywhere - had to ask the factory - you would think, wouldn't you, that anyone designing anything for aircraft would list the weight on the web site !!). Well anyway its 13.5 pounds with the spinner(6.1kg). Which means my Woodcomp is 6K2g heavier 913mm fwd of the datum which moves my c of g to just under 1.524 (60"). -------- Graeme Bird G-UMPY Mono Classic/XS FWFD 912ULS/Warp drive FP Newby: 35 hours g(at)gdbmk.co.uk Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=375309#375309

Spouse's first data with mr g-umpy, she thought it was ok and comfortable, but didn't like the smell of fuel. Whats the latest thinking on this? Andy Draper seemed unconcerned about it. It seems to be just after take off but hangs around sometimes, I dont think I have a leak. Is it coming in through the wheel well, through the hatch between the seats, in the wing routes, in the vents or door seal? What happened about the batch of mono old style tubes that was going to be made? Can you get any sort of carbon absorber? -------- Graeme Bird G-UMPY Mono Classic/XS FWFD 912ULS/Warp drive FP Newby: 35 hours g(at)gdbmk.co.uk Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=375318#375318 Attachments: http://forums.matronics.com//files/carole_gumpy_reduced_880.jpg

Here is a my very simple panel,. Sorry no carpet, no leather. The base model. Ventrui AI and DI, Area 500 gps, iphone memorymap. The middle panels can be removed and all instruments and fuse panel and wiring accessed without taking out the whole console. I am already changing it, taking out the rotax tacho and clock and putting in the CS prop controller. -------- Graeme Bird G-UMPY Mono Classic/XS FWFD 912ULS/Warp drive FP Newby: 35 hours g(at)gdbmk.co.uk Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=375322#375322 Attachments: http://forums.matronics.com//files/p3_054_reduced_291.jpg
