      Hi Kingsley,

I'd say about 2 to 3 seconds. We do not bang the throttle, but rather
advance it steadily in 2 seconds.
Takeoff takes place in about 10 seconds.

      Best regards,

      Kingsley,

Two New Zealand 914 drivers checked this for you today and we both got
the same result at 5 seconds.

      Regards from across the Tasman.
