Subject: | C of G datapoint |
In anticipation of making my C of G computations, I'm wondering if, as a datapoint,
any flying, XS monowheel builders have recorded the weight on the tailwheel
when the wings are off, the fuselage stabilised, and the cowlings on?
If so, please indicate whether the weight measurement was taken with or without
the tailplanes and anti-servo tabs, with or without the propeller installed,
and any other pertinent qualifications.
thanks in advance,
Fred

Subject: | d-motor .... Show promise? |
very simple, minimalistic design plays to my engineering side, light, water c
ooled, injected, lighter and much simpler than a 914. Saw the 4cyl run at o
sh this year..... very smooth.
I like the six.... would be super smooth. I hope they don't suffer the same
pre-production demise as so many others.

Thoughts?
