I've asked our work IT guru for advice but he is stumped, he can't access it either so it isn't just me being stupid. The site manager is aware and is looking in to it. Many thanks Alan Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=411786#411786 ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 10:22:46 AM PST US From: "David Joyce" Subject: Europa-List: Europa wanted in UK On behalf of the club I have been giving information and test flights to a couple who are very keen to purchase a Europa XS, preferably with a Rotax 912S or a 914. They would alternatively be happy to contemplate buying a half share of one located in the vicinity of Popham/ Shoreham/ Slinfold. I bought excess head lining material [foam backed] from Woolies [www.woolies-trim.co.uk] and having fitted the headlining using spray adhesive, used the remainder under the leatherette attached to the side subpanels. I left excess leatherette at the door edge and glued it onto the lower edge of the door opening and covered it up with the door seal. The side panel are held in place with stick on Velcro. Best of luck if you want more info contact me off line. I am thinking mostly about the side walls. I have found a decent fire retardant fabric and made some patterns. I am concerned that if I just glue it it wont conform well to the shapes in the side wall. I have considered card as a sub panel but am concerned about moisture absorption and flammability. Maybe very thin aluminium ? I cant think what would be suitable. I don't want to eat into the seat width a lot but it would be nice to be able to put your hand down the side for that camera or lost pen with scraping on the glass fiber. I don't suppose anyone has a set of patterns kicking around? -------- Graeme Bird G-UMPY Mono Classic/XS 912S/Woodcomp 3000/3W Newby: 75 hours 18 months g(at)gdbmk.co.uk Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=410922#410922 ________________________________ Message 4 _____________________________________ Time: 11:23:30 AM PST US Subject: Re: Europa-List: Europa wanted in UK From: houlihan Hi David. Hi Tony That looks like a great idea. Would the position controller work wired to the Europa Flop activator or would you have to change it to the Concentric one. Here is what I am using. http://www.concentricintl.com/products/electrical-control/accessories/linear-actuator-controller-one-actuator-12-vdc-6/ In combination with their linear actuators, I think its the perfect setup for the Europa. The quality is excellent and the value tremendous. Hope this helps.
