of carbon fibre cloth have been applied. They are cooking as I type. I've learned
a few things and so far, it has been going well. I have to say that if the
spar ends up not fitting into the airplane, I have no idea what to do to make
it fit. I could not have been more careful.

work.

about probing with a needle and marking it, but it was easy to find through
2 layers.

you are doing it, gather all the tips from all sources and then plunge in with
common sense. THANK YOU to Neville for his irreplaceable help!!!!

Steve...I like your thinking regarding your design for an aluminum fuel
tank, but I'm a little confused by the small tank with the large filler
at the top. Was this some sort of a trial?...or is it a companion to the
large tank?

Try McMaster.com. I am sure they have it, but you may need to check if
it is made of the right material.

googled the part number and it hits on a UK website only and Europa. Can't seem
to figure how to order it from the UK site. IT called for Hardened steel and
I did order some from Fastenal, but none of their washers list hardened steel
- just "steel". Not sure if that is a washer that will do the job.
