I have had the schicke since first flight 2008, it has worked flawlessly wit
h a steady reading on the amp meter, not the rising and falling of the old D
ucati unit that is gathering dust on a shelf,

I never tried polishing a windscreen, but remember someone mentioning (I
think it was Nev) to stroke only up and down rather than sideways to
somewhat limit distortion.

When we were cleaning and polishing race fairing windscreens we used Brasso
with a soft towing rag, worked perfectly.
