Subject: | Re: Ducati rectifier/regulators |
Andy,
I threw the Ducati out for a Silent Hektik (charges 14,5 V). Works perfectly and
is "plug and Play".

Front Panel (three parts aluminium) - will be sprayed matt anthracite. The large

Fraser,=0A=0AAndy Draper at the LAA has a wealth of knowledge of the materi
al specifications, including the interference fit of the TP 14 pins,--y
ou remove the tp 12 fitting, by pulling these pins you will also-have to
go to the next oversize on these pins too, then ream your assembled parts t
o the correct interference fit, or you will find movement in the assembly w
hen you re-fit.=0A=0AIf tp 12 pins are worn , I would also-do an inspecti
on and if worn-replace tp 13, ( the socket that is bonded in to the tail
plane) , if this assembly -is jigged together while bonding should take c
are of slight welding errors.=0A=0ARegards,=0AKevin=0A =0A=0A______________
