Alan, As the nose leg is supplied by the factory already assembled it would best to ask them what they used. Regards Brian Davies -----Original Message----- From: owner-europa-list-server@matronics.com [mailto:owner-europa-list-server@matronics.com] On Behalf Of Alan Carter Sent: 01 September 2014 22:15 Subject: Europa-List: Re: Sideways movement in Tri Gear nose wheel arm. Hello ALL I went up to the LAA Rally at Sywell on Saturday. A couple of Europa owners explained the nose gear in detail. I have down loaded the manual on nose gear, but I can not find the adhesive use on the leg where it goes into the top housing and also through the half bearing mounting frame hole. ??? I was advised to make sure I use the correct gap fill adhesive. Alan Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=429791#429791 ----- No virus found in this message. One of the founder members of The Europa Club, Carl Pattinson, has died very suddenly from a suspect heart attack on Friday 29 August 2014. Many of the Europa community will have known Carl and his wife Dot who both did so much to foster the Club and the popularity of the Europa in the early days of the type. Some of you are aware that Carl & Dot had decided to move north to Northumberland to be nearer other family members. They had sold their house in Oxfordshire and were in Newcastle, on the way to the new place, when Carl suffered what appeared to be severe indigestion and went to see a doctor. He collapsed at the surgery and could not be resuscitated. The post-mortem is being carried out today (Tue 2 Sep) and after the results of that are known a funeral date can be set. The funeral will be in Newcastle, and further details will be relayed here when available. I have spoken to Dot by phone to offer my sympathies and to find out if there is any help we can offer. She is obviously very busy with all the formalities so we dont want to bother her too much, but if anyone wishes to contact her direct, please ask me (or any Europa Club Committee member) for contact details. Despite the distress, she plans to settle as planned in Northumberland. in friendship & sadness Rowland | Rowland Carson ... that's Rowland with a 'w' ... | <rowlandcarson@gmail.com> http://www.rowlandcarson.org.uk | Skype, Twitter: rowland_carson Facebook: Rowland Carson | pictures: http://picasaweb.google.com/rowlandcarson
