Kathy had been diagnosed with bowel cancer earlier this year, sady too late to control. A private family funeral will take place this Thursday. I think I speak for us all when I say that our thoughts are with Dave and his family. Ron, It's damned adequate for normal use provided the master is level (like it is on the trailer). Bleeding with Dot3/4 is interesting. One would think the bubbles would just flow up hill and it would bleed itself. Maybe by the turn of the century it will. We do as the bike guys do on an initial build, pull off the master, pass it out through the wheel well fire wall, screw in the funnel, then push fluid with a syringe up from the caliper and out of the master to a cup. Once filled to the top, the air is gone. Screw in the cap and the handle should be dead hard. No sponginess. Then you are good until the brake pad wears down. To adjust the level, install the funnel, leave the master in place, put the plane tail up to allow all the air to come out the funnel cup and carefully add fluid. Suck out the excess and seal it up.. It tends to drop the left wing with hands off which I will have to work on but other than that It flew lovely. First flight was on the 10/12/14 but we have had bad weather since and work tends to get in the way so haven=99t been up since. Looking forward to the next flight.
