The app is back up for all users and the layout and look of the app has been upgraded also. The listings continue to grow, currently at over 1,520, and approaches 25,000 launches. Please continue to send in listings I have missed or corrections that need to be made and I will get right on them. And if you use and like the app, please consider a small donation to help with expenses, even the tip that you leave on the lunch counter is appreciated. There are PayPal links on the app, and my mailing address is also listed within the app. Glenn Glenn - you forgot to mention what geographical area your app covers. Is it still limited only to airports in USA, or does it have worldwide coverage? in friendship Rowland | Rowland Carson ... that's Rowland with a 'w' ... | http://www.rowlandcarson.org.uk | Skype, Twitter: rowland_carson Facebook: Rowland Carson | pictures: http://picasaweb.google.com/rowlandcarson ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 06:54:00 AM PST US Subject: Europa-List: Re: New (Free) Aviation App From: "gbrasch" Sorry, the US only. -------- Glenn Brasch RV-9A Flying 1952 Piper Tri-Pacer Medevac Helicopter Pilot (Ret) Tucson, Arizona Owner, "Airport Courtesy Cars" Smart Phone App. Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=447688#447688 ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 07:34:11 AM PST US From: "Bob Harrison" Subject: RE: Europa-List: Re: New (Free) Aviation App Hi! Yes his post concerns a CONUS-only app, but then again, this mailing list is hosted in the US and, if you check, a very high fraction of the posts here concern UK only activities, companies and lingo. What is "Last Wine" anyway, in California we have wine all year long ;) -------- Ira N224XS Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=447700#447700 ________________________________ Message 6 _____________________________________ Time: 03:34:52 PM PST US From: davidjoyce@doctors.org.uk Subject: Re: Europa-List: Re: New (Free) Aviation App Well said Ira! & Sorry if Last of the Summer Wine has featured overmuch! LOSW was a comedy program about a threesome of geriatric duffers who idled their time away waiting for the pub to open. I suppose most of us on this side of the pond are fairly geriatric, and someone thought it might be an apt title for the usual suspects who take an autumnal trip round France. However I can assure you that there is no likelihood of the wine actually running out. Perhaps someone in UK or EUlearning about Glenn=99s app thru our listwill start one up which covers other lands let=99s keep things on a light note Fred A194 > On Oct 5, 2015, at 3:33 PM, davidjoyce@doctors.org.uk wrote: > > Well said Ira! & Sorry if Last of the Summer Wine has featured overmuch!
