I just got a reply from Karen about the dampers.
"Unfortunately, the 'new' damper was reviewed by our Technical Team and further
work is required before this is re-released. "
So they are not yet available.

but was converted at the build stage

Can anyone advise please where historical F214 wind forecasts can be obtain
ed from. Or an equivalent?
I specifically need eastern UK (although the F214 covers all of it) for aro
und noon 20th December 2015.
These are of course available from the UK Met Office, but at =C2=A3250 each
