Hi Roger, I thought that would be the only answer but i was hoping to make Le Tourquet this Weekend. I have got a MK 2 Daimler stripped down in the Workshop at the Moment so the plane might have to wait!! my Skydrive temp display only goes to 50 degrees max, do it is pretty useless except as an indicator for on/off. ________________________________________ From: owner-europa-list-server@matronics.com <owner-europa-list-server@matronics.com> on behalf of Europaul383 <europaul383@hotmail.com> Sent: 16 May 2016 22:15:18 Subject: Europa-List: Re: coolant choce and temperature monitoring questions I used the Skydrive coolant temp kit, repositioning one of the 2 fitted CHT senders for use in the M10 threaded tube. The CHT sockets on my 912S are blind, so I could remove one without creating a leak - check yours, or just buy an additional sender for use in the coolant kit! I have the carb heat kit, so needed the Adapter 3 (sort of double T piece - see picture) to take off both the carb heat and the temp probe. http://www.skydrive.co.uk/products.asp?cat=67 It makes sense when you see the parts. Holler if it's not clear, although Mark (Mick?) at Skydrive is v helpful and will talk you through the options. Paul - thanks, that is very helpful. I have the Skydrive carb heat kit too. I was trying to figure out how to monitor a 3rd temp sensor as my MGL instrument only has 2 NTC inputs, but I guess the answer might be to monitor the coolant and only the higher of the 2 CHTs. in friendship Rowland | Rowland Carson ... that's Rowland with a 'w' ... | <rowlandcarson@gmail.com> http://www.rowlandcarson.org.uk | Skype, Twitter: rowland_carson Facebook: Rowland Carson | pictures: http://picasaweb.google.com/rowlandcarson

Sorry to hear that Karl. I will connect mine to a Dynon Skyview EMS, so hope it will display all temps! Although the picture of the Skydrive shows the range as 50-150 =B0C, so maybe you have a faulty gauge?
