    Vince, You can always do it the pre CAD way - cut your existing panel out where you want the new removable section (with a thin saw), and use the cut out as yourpattern for the new panel. Make paper shapes of dimensions of instruments to go in and play around for best fit. It has worked well for me for three panel designs.     Hi David, I was hoping to design and make the removable sections before taking the pa nel back out of the aircraft for the rework. If I can printout the sub pane ls full size then I will try the lick and stick method as it can be a quick er method initially when playing about. Will keep you all update on the pro gress.
