The unusable amount of fuel turns out to be only 1.2 liters.I had expected this to be higher. I can think think of several ways, each leading to different results: 1) Assume you ran engine until fuel starvation from both sides of tank, then a) removed tank bungs and collected remaining fuel including suction from corners b) suctioned fuel from above -------- Ira N224XS Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=461170#461170 ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 11:00:56 AM PST US From: Karl Heindl Subject: Re: Europa-List: Re: Unusable fuel Very simple, as I have an opening at the top of the tank. I pumped out 'all ' fuel (with hose at engine driven pump disconnected) into a bucket. Then m opped up remaining fuel with a sponge into a small container, then measured it. ________________________________ From: owner-europa-list-server@matronics.com on behalf of rampil Sent: 11 October 2016 17:29:28 Subject: Europa-List: Re: Unusable fuel Hi Karl, Just curious, how did you measure the unusable fuel?
