Rowland, I believe it came on a separate piece of paper with the inlets.

Hi Graeme,
Good luck with the IFR approval, I=99d love to follow in your
footsteps!
Driving a conventional heated pitot could be problematic but this
article looks promising:

Please keep us posted of any progress.
Cheers,

This is the initial assessment on my Europa for TL2.28; maybe someone else could
make use of it and adapt it:
It would be great to know someone who has been involved to date and could give
me an early steer. Looks like a MOD application to install a heated pitot is the
first thing required; then moving instruments around, then ASI tests and writing
a POH lite

Hello All
Is anyone in the UK in the business of converting monowheel Europa's to
standard tailwheel configuration?

William, I will see if I can find it again, but my workshop & filing
system massively turned upside down by my efforts to repair my plane and
get rid of most of the extra kit I bought! Rowland is the sort of
organised fellow who may be able to lay a hand on it immediately!
Regards, David
