Graeme, I have found both Midden Zeeland and Hoogeveen to be very user
friendly and also Lelystad, although the latter is a bit like Popham on
a microlight rally day with planes coming in from all directions without
formal air traffic control!

Very sad news. We have all benefitted from his advice either directly or
via his amusing forum contributions.
Our condolences to family and friends.
RIP
Mike Gamble
G-CFMP
I sadly report that it appears our old friend Nev
passed away this morning at an RC racing event.
It seems from witnesses that it was a medical event
and bystander and EMT resuscitation efforts were
unavailing.
A really terrible day for the world-wide Europa
community.

Thanks Nigel. A straight in approach it isn't but we will manage.

Mike, you need an 8.0 mm hex. If you need to buy the tool, look for one with
a spherically ground tip - it will allow you to tighten the hex head Allen
bolts from a slight angle (up to about 10 degrees I think) which is useful
if you can't get a "straight in approach" to the little blighters!

Graeme,
Marl EDLM is open every day 06:00-20:00 UTC (no PPR required) and you can even
get MOGAS there. Did you try Barrington.Tennant@tennant-metall.de?
Welcome to Germany :-)

Yes I agree with all comments.
Nev hosted me on my visit to Europa and encouraged me to take on the
challenge. He also provided much needed encouragement and advice which he
didnt have to do but did so because he was a nice guy.
I shall miss him.
