I remember Nev drew the short straw so he had to drive the display truck wi

log book for the truck wasn't up to par he needed to hang out in Tennessee
for 8 hours. We were along his route so went and got him took him to our h
ouse. Had steak and a great meal my wife put on for him and the crew. My bu

world having fun! Way to go Nev!!! You'll be missed big time!!!!!

Absolutely but you can get the plane approved with stall strips. David

the LAA as a stall warning system. None of the other motor gliders or gliders

last thing you want. However trying to get the LAA to except this point seems
impossible, especially galling as the stall is such a non event in the Europa

Subject: | Landing Light Positioning |
Hi All,
I'm looking for advice on installation of a landing light, for a Classic. I have my eyes on an Aveo Vega TL (http://www.aveoengineering.com/vega-tl-tlr/)
Does anyone have experience of this?
I'm thinking of installing it under the wing, and running the wires down the tube
for the aileron push rod, before turning it downwards to emerge from the bottom
of the wing. Or, attaching it under the fuselage on the passenger side (away
from the exhaust).
Just looking for opinions and/or experiences.
Best
Jon

Just wanted to say thanks to Roland for arranging the Europa event at this OUV
fly-in.
Great to meet those that came, good conversations and advice thrown around! And
I look forward to the next one!

Thanks, Jon - I enjoyed it very much as well :-) But it was especially the OUV,
who was so kind to accept us at their summer meeting, although most of us - like
myself - are no OUV-members. They live indeed the fellowship between pilots.
And a great demonstration for this I found that they gave the price for the
longest distance to a Europa-pilot from England :-)
