I didn't find a link yet, but on PPRUNE I found:
PRESS RELEASE 21 June 2017 For immediate release In a joint effort the European
Federation of Light, Experimental & Vintage Aircraft (EFLEVA), the Vereniging
Vlaamse MotorVliegclubs (VVMV) and the Belgian Aviation Authorities we are pleased
to announce that amateur-built and certain historic aircraft registered
in European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) member states no longer require
a permit to over fly Belgian territory for 30 days in a calendar year. A Royal
Decr has been published on 21 June 2017 which confirms and details this change.
It comes in effect on 1 July.
That's Europe how it SHOULD be :-)

Last year three Europas had a successful trip through Spain and Portugal including
Gibraltar.
I am planning a repeat this July with a possible start date around 17th July.
The trip will take around ten days taking in Segovia and Granada which we missed
last year, and as many other aeroports as we can.
Please contact me if you wish to join the group which is two Europas at present.
Permission will be required from Spanish and Portugese authorities so early decision
will be helpful.

Subject: | Club AGM - Saturday Evening Food |
It looks like the weather might play ball this weekend for the club AGM at Popham.
https://www.flyer.co.uk/weather/
I was planning on staying over on Saturday evening to have a few beers and had
decided to fire up the barbie to do some food for myself. It turns out others
will be staying over too and have requested food.
So, I'm planning on a Pealla and can probably cater for around ten (limited by
the size of the paella pan and the number of tiger prawns, squid and chicken I
have).
If you're planning on camping overnight on Saturday after the official proceedings,
and would like to be fed and watered (I have stocked up on some craft beers
and cider), could you let me know and I can provision accordingly.
Cost of food and beer will be at cost.
If you're interested, contact me off list to "book a slot". I'll assign places
on a first come first served basis.
Nigel

Hi all,
The best position for a landing light seems to me somewhere on (under ?)
the left wing, so it is very helpful for the pilot to judge flaring
height in the dark.
Some put them under the cowl, but we usually lose sight of the beam at
the exact moment we would find it useful.

Yes and A1919/17A02. We're not sure if common sense will prevail, but the current
situation is this. Halfway down the notam you will see some 24 a/f where you
