Hi there, The elbow is not welded to create angle. It is bent at the manufacturing stage to the required angle. It is long enough to be cut to fit. Hi Gilles No, it's not peel ply. I think it is a tracer thread woven into the glass fabric to ensure the glass is laid up in the correct orientation during the moulding lay-up. Here is a picture of the inside of the rear fuselage. -------- Regards Kelv Weston Kit 497 kelv@kdweston.biz Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=476586#476586 Attachments: http://forums.matronics.com//files/back_end_707.jpg

Hi All, Just been down to see the manufacturer of the elbow. They said there would be no problem in setting up the jig again. They are going to come back with a price for 10 and 20 pipes. Will keep you informed. Will not give the go ahead until we have enough orders and the LAA Mod. approval is through. Is has already been approved with one builder in 2011 but I am sure that was the Classic Fuel System with the centre roof inlet. However no real difference.
