      Suggest you post this on the MGL forum www.mglavionicsusers.org/forum/index.php where you will get the answers you require.   You cannot just delete the pitch trim symbol on your screen.  With MGL you have a screen designer (PC based app) where you place whatever you want in whatever location and on whatever screen (1-9).  Once complete you transfer this to your Odyssey via SD card.
      
      Check your screen designer, if unsure how to use go to the forum and to the MGL
      website to download the screen designer and check for your pitch trim symbol.
